Dominika Ziemczonek is the Allard Prize Manager. Prior to this role, she worked as the Program Coordinator at Ocean Leaders at the University of British Columbia and as the Communications Assistant at the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN). She served as volunteer staff at National Model United Nations for eight years, most recently as Deputy Secretary-General in 2019.

Dominika holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
